For a public organization, he was staffed on a project of the Finance Service which aims to optimize purchasing within the company by defining a new purchasing organization to assist in the decision making, thanks to the definition of the delegation of authority matrix and by analyzing suppliers. On this project Thibault worked on Management control and accountancy.For the private clients, Thibault worked as internal auditor. He performed SOX (Sarbane-Oxley 404) testing missions for companies based in Belgium and France. The goal of these controls was to evaluate the risk on the financial process. Moreover since September, Thibault was key member of two big proposals team. For the first one, he developed a tool (online survey) to collect more than 500 expert’s CVs for a tender of the European Commission. For the second one, thanks to his background in political science and his knowledge in public administration, Thibault helped the team to adapt the offer to the context of French public organization in Wallonia.Generally, thanks to these projects Thibault learned and applied the standard methodology provided by Deloitte to reach the objectives defined with the client.
