Currently leading data-driven VR simulation development for the defence and offshore wind industries.For 15 years I’ve led highly successful teams on customer-focused deliveries, acting at times as Scrum Master, Project Manager or Product Owner. I lead individuals and groups to focus on achieving extraordinary things for businesses and their customers.I’ve introduced and established Agile ways of working and Atlassian tools in 2 of my roles, at Zerolight and most recently at VRAI. Leveraging my experience to provide transparency across budgets and estimates, time tracking and forecasting.I work comfortably with clients and other external stakeholders, including government organisations and funding bodies, bringing transparency and clarity of reporting to the most complex projects.I also have experience in Quality Management and Continuous Improvement and recently led VRAI to ISO 9001 certification.I’m experienced leading dispersed teams in different countries, working between Ireland, Portugal, Belgium, Italy and Germany in recent years.
