Welcome to my profile! Here's a bit about me.As a therapist, I enjoy generating results for a more sustainable, people-centric and (mentally) healthy future. One of my salient traits is individualization, a specific form of empathy. It is the talent to notice and appreciate the uniqueness of each human being and treat them accordingly. In my work, I treat a variety of common mental disorders using evidence-based and client-centric practices to help clients elevate their mental health. I’m also passionate about coaching young people as a certified professional coach. As a consultant, I’ve advised leadership teams of international organizations and foundations on topics such as learning, behavioral change, operating model, adoption, people strategy and human resources strategy, both in the Netherlands and in California. I have many personal interests, but the most notable is that I’m a huge sports nut. As a (ultra)marathon runner and a visitor of five different Olympics, I like to spend my free time playing or watching sports with whoever I can excite.
