For my masters thesis, I combined mass spectrometry data and DFT studies to study host guest interactions in a supramolecular inclusion complex. I also worked on molecular dynamics simulations for mass spec fragments.

I worked on clinical mass spectrometry and bio-monitoring by developing a method to detect multiple mycotoxins in urine using HRMS and triple quad. I also worked on multiple other projects including an inter-lab study on a novel retention index system for mycotoxins using N-alkyl-pyridinium sulphates, metabolomics, and proteomics.

I worked on novel research on "Development of Analytical Methods for Antibiotics in Milk", along with various research projects including analytical method development, aflatoxin and other mycotoxin contamination, pesticide residue analysis, and natural compound extraction.

I worked on the basics of cancer biology and therapeutics with a special focus on lipid-based formulations. I also did extensive literature research on drug delivery systems employed in cancer therapy.
