Assisted in researching and drafting Vice Dean Catherine L .Carpenter's law review article "Against Juvenile Sex Offender Registration," 82 U. Cin. L. rev. 747 (2014), which argues that juvenile sex offender registration violates the Eighth Amendment's prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment.

Researched and wrote an amicus brief under the advisement of Vice Dean Catherine L. Carpenter for a New York case involving the constitutionality of the Sex Offenders Registration Law.
