-Communication with the clients from the UK (E-commerce shops, events organizing platforms, hospices etc.) and providing the development team with the comprehensive information according to the customers' needs;-Supporting already launched projects;-Receiving and processing multiple support requests via emails, phone, Skype, Live Chat;-Working with clients' websites CMS (managing content, products/categories/orders, subscribers/users lists, newsletters/SMS distribution);-Fixing as many issues as possible without involving developers: SQL database queries, HTML coding, setting emails and admin accounts up;-Phone/Skype/Screensharing e-meetings for training the clients on new products, solving the issues with existing ones or showing the opportunities of new development.

Responsibilities:-Deputy Head of programmers department;-Creating 3D-models of complex configuration details in CAD/CAM systems (SIEMENS NX 7-10, SolidWorks, ADEM, AutoCAD);-Analysis of the optimized manufacturing strategy and creating programs for 3- and 5-Axis CNC milling machines;-Preparing technical documentation;-Implementing the programs on CNC-machines for further serial production.Also since January 2015 until December 2016 used to hold the position of "youth leader" - a representative of 150 employees below 35 y.o. This position responsibilities included:-Mass events organisation (leisure, sports, social, labor);-Creating and participating the creative teams for taking part in amateur performance competitions between other departments and companies.
