 Iran Internet Group is a leading holding in e-commerce including Snapp, Bamilo, SnappFood , SnappTrip, Snappbox, ZoodRoom, Eskano, HITT and Mozando.  Achievements: 1) Seven clean audit reports for 3 years in row – 2015, 2016, 2017 fiscal years. 2) In all 7 ventures, under my supervision, not only we didn’t pay a penny for CIP (Corporate Income Tax) , we collected appropriate tax shield.3) Implementation of ERP in Snapp and improving accounting software in other ventures including invention of new modules those never have been existed in any accounting software. 4) Implementation of Internal controls and management accounting system and reports. 5) Improvement quality of financials for monthly reports and speed up reporting to meet the monthly deadlines sooner. 6) Material tax shield.7) Revision of procedures in order to put them in compliance with Iran Accounting Standards, IFRS, Tax Law, Internal Controls requirements and SSO. 8) Restructuring the finance teams of ventures and Central team to achieve my strategies were business partnership and governance. 9) As a signatory in most of the ventures, played an important role in growth hacking in businesses especially in Snapp.

 Henkel as a worldwide business active in laundry(L), adhesive(A) and beauty industries, established plants in Iran many years ago. Both Henkel-Pakvash (L)-B2C- and Henkel Industrie AG(A) -B2B- are market leaders in Iran.  Achievements: 1) Restructuring plan for finance team successfully done and teams got optimized. 2) Re (1) - restructuring plan, we needed to improve systems and minimize manual workload by replacing automated ones in both financial accounting and management accounting departments.3) Re (2), we needed to remove management accounting concepts and replace them by those were more in compliance with Henkel guidelines and improved the quality of reports we were delivering to business. 4) More than 10 million of Euros saving in VAT in only one year. 5) Motivating team to be more pro-active and persuade them to get fit more with organization by improving their knowledge and feel better of working.6) Laundry market comprehensive review both financially and business-wise that brought a bright insight to business to revise its strategies to market and eventually significant growth in sale and GP.
