I worked several roles during my career at HEB. First, I handled customer service by packaging groceries for customers to safely transport home. I transported shopping carts from the parking lot to the store for easy customer accessibility. I went to take the role of Custodian, where I was responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Tasks for this role required customer service, flexibility of tasks, cleaning of spills and safety issues around the store, and maintaining public areas for sanitary cleanliness.In my final years for HEB, I worked as a perishables representative in the pridu e department. I assisted in rotating, culling, and stocking the produce of the store throught their appropriate locations to ensure high quality products. Customer service was always at the top of the priority list.
