-Manage all job openings and ramps of direct hiring partners/clients and provide them with competitive applicants such as aspiring young professionals or professionals in the call center industry-Source competitive applicants through different mediums, make profiles and endorse to partners/clients for validation, review and evaluation-Invite and conduct initial assessments to entry level and the non-agent applicants and assist them throughout their end-to-end recruitment process-Provide constructive feedbacks after conducting call simulations and mock interviews. Provide interview techniques, briefing, guidance, coaching and other consulting activities about customer service, sales and telemarketing to build up applicant's competencies -Facilitate discussions on how to enhance oral and written communication skills such as grammar correction, pronunciation, accent neutralization and job interview etiquette to prepare them for the stringent recruitment process in the call center industry and in their related field of expertise-Communicate with hiring managers/clients from time to time by doing calibrations or client-visits to enhance partnership and be updated with the current ramps/openings that will result to a better recruitment process

Teaching English as a second language to Chinese students (ages 3-40 years old) by expanding their vocabulary using different materials, correcting their grammar and pronunciation, accent neutralization and guiding them in making sentence patterns.
