Manage the company's daily operations regarding to the finance, accounting and tax.

- Prepare annual budget for the division- Prepare financial projection for listed client- Prepare accounting policy and manual including cash management and fixed assets policy for clients - Prepare financial analysis for listed client- Prepare tax planning for clients- Prepare monthly cash flow forecasting for clients- Prepare monthly and annual financial report for clients- Compile financial statements for clients- Review the balance sheet items reconciliation- Review and upload the payment for clients- Review monthly and annual tax returns for clients- Review the monthly payroll preparations- Perform the accounting review service to clients- Perform the tax review service to clients- Perform the tax due diligent- Provide accounting and tax advisory to clients- Provide some local labor law advice to client- Respond for the tax defense and tax protest service - Assist to partner for any issue or regulation related to the outsourcing work- Other tasks assigned by CEO and Partner

- Prepare the monthly and annual tax returns- Prepare the documents for new company registration- Prepare monthly report submit to NBC- Prepare and control property lease agreement- External audit coordinator- Update any tax regulations- Assist to group accounting manager and CFO related to tax issues
