I’m a customer service of SkyBooking. My position need to responsible with clients when they need to know and check flight information and control with backend when they already book form app and I’m hostess and responsibility with guest service.

My position is a receptionist and teaching Chinese class too. And sometimes when clients need me to translate I also go to help and also sale room if clients can’t speak English and I use to other languages to help then for Translate and help then when I free of my work and can help what can I do for then. I love to help then and love hospitality group team.

I’m a customer service agent of Chinese company 🇨🇳 so if customer call us we need to respond and solve they problem because I’m a hotline agent service . ( ex: they use my internet service, so when they internet doesn’t work I will to help then to check if small problem I can fix for then but if big problem I need to drop this problem to our Engnner team ho to fix as soon as possible) . So I love to help solve problem to client but this position need to hostesses much.

This this first time that I have work with five start hotel and I really happy to work their Because I’m a person that have 2 luggages for communication with guest and they always call and need to to translate and service with guest like president meeting or Chinese group. And I a person like kindly to help then and they have to promote me to help then when have happy hour and promotion party. ( ex: I have to help then sell cake ( Dile shop , restaurant, check-In /out too -ets- ) I love to work that too much whatever too night for me but I want to get I good experience. Still missing ❤️🏩

I’m a waiter and also a cashier too because I have responded two shop: Restaurant and bread shop so I need to know all, because I work is France 🇫🇷 restaurant and I am hard working and fast learning.But I’m really tired because is the fist work for me when I leave home to stays alone and try to early money without family. 🥖 🍱🧑🏼‍🍳
