• Involved at the first step of global D2E design, follow the civil design process, responsible of architectural design building drawings, coordinate civil standardization and modularization.• At R&D stage : provide civil inputs, lead civil for standardization & platformisation. Optimize concrete and steel structure in cost and time. • At Tendering stage : Involved in Strategy & Cost reviews, constructibility, customer and local civil requirements analysis. Create schematic Design Arrangement drawing, architectural design criteria• At Engineering stage : Involved in design freeze and in constructability review. Create Development drawings, permitting drawings, design drawing schedules. Streamline the design execution following to national permitting regulations with local permitting specialists and architect.• At Construction stage : Involved in Civil Kick off and hand over. Management of architectural interfaces and coordinate the works follow-up between customer, office and site. Support for execution design. Follow-up and review of construction drawing.• Knowledge on Alstom tools and Alstom organization• Quality assessment: Improvement of the workflow between civil, arrangement and R&D, by setting-up the first draft of a civil works datasheet.• EHS assessment: Revue of guide plan and tender plan for EHS checking: handicapped accessibility and emergency exit.• Responsible of civil buildings 3D modeling for R&D and Tendering stages, based on advanced CAD-BIM tools. These models includes: Floor plans and exterior elevations, Building sections of critical areas, Landscape plans, CAD renderings.
