Current- Launcher team The Lavana brand (January to April 2022)- Focusing targeting Villa/Unique stay for The Lavana brand and Hotels for Urbanview/ Sans/ Sunerra brands (2022 - currents)- Achieving Company Revenue Targets, Build and acquire new sales leads and grow potential Villa, Resort, Unique Stay and Property Owner- Maintain Good Relations with Clients - Develop and acquire new business (B2B) - Evaluate the Company's Products and Their Competitors - Created effective marketing, sales and promotional initiatives to drive revenue - Researched prospective clients and developed and executed cold call lists - Indentify new property that meet The Lavana standards such as Quality, Location, Potential Revenue- Prepare sales material such as proposal, projection and contracts - Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Property Manager, Marketing, Project and Operational to support account's business needs and requirements
