As a Bachelor's student of International Business at La Trobe University, I am passionate about learning new things and seeking new challenges. I have also gained valuable exposure to different topics such as investment banking, international trade, and marketing, which have sparked my interest and curiosity.In addition to my studies, I have been working as a Customer Service at B3 Cafe for over two years, where I have developed my communication, organization, and customer service skills. I have handled various customer complaints and inquiries, improved customer satisfaction and loyalty, and implemented marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue.
