As the Director and Co-Founder of YES Softech, I have dedicated the past decade to driving the growth and innovation of our company. My journey in the tech industry has been marked by significant contributions, including leading database management teams and spearheading complex migration projects. Notably, I achieved a 94% accuracy rate as Head of the database management team at Central Co-Operative Bank, where I also served as the Migration and Go-Live Administrator, ensuring smooth transitions across multiple districts.I have honed my leadership skills as Project Manager for the world’s largest migration project with Infosys, covering three key districts in Rajasthan. My role extended to managing a team of 35+ professionals across four districts as Project Head for the Hadoti Division, where we achieved a quality control success rate of 77% in collaboration with TCS and Zenith Software Ltd.In addition to my technical roles, I have been instrumental in training and development, successfully training over 60 employees on TCS BANKS24 Software. My current focus is on project coordination for a software development team and managing two BPOs that handle Property Management and Automobile Insurance projects for U.S.-based clients.My career is defined by a commitment to excellence, a passion for technology, and a drive to deliver impactful results.
