Job Description:Primary• Scrutinizing major & complex losses under fire, engineering,cargo & liability department• Managing all general claims from date of reporting till settlement• Coordinating with adjusters on loss development• Coordinating with co-insurers for recovery• Assisting RI department for claims recovery & clarifying queries raised by re-insurers• Assisting legal team for recovery recourse and legal matters• Claims analysis• Annual review of loss adjusters performance• Streamlined the entire claim operations in the branch with regards to standard documentation checklist and setting guidelines for timely submission of survey reportsSecondary• Carry out pre- risk inspections for manufacturing plants, warehouses, Hotels, commercial & residential skyscrapers & hyper malls • Preparing risk reports for underwriters/reinsures and evaluating PML/EML• Operational Risk exposure analysis, Risk improvement & Loss Control measures
