CurrentOptimized the material delivery route selection process by implementing a traveling salesman algorithm using google distance matrix API. This reduced the delivery time and generated savings of more than $4000 for our branch. Extracted data from the sales database, prepared and cleaned the data, identified the top in-demand products and selected the appropriate bin locations to focus on. Reduced the pick time of these products in the warehouse by 74% and devised an algorithm forkeeping track of inventory movements by tracking the bin locations efficiently. This eliminated mistakes made where each mistake means a loss of around $1000 and improved customer satisfaction through advanced filtering techniques. Developed a highly optimized automated model which monitored the KPIs of container movements in the facility. It provided suggestions upon optimizing the pricing of our products actively and generated savings of $5100 Analyzed the inventory database in the ERP system and through advanced statistical methods identified issues with specific type of products, conducted a root cause analysis, and developed risk management techniques which led to savings of more than $21000. Compiled a customer sales database and through data cleaning and data filtering, made it usable. Generated demand forecasts and insights based on region, type of product, and ordering frequency and optimized the sales strategy which led to sales growth of 11%
