I am an Industrial Engineer from Purdue University. Industrial engineering is all about improving processes and enhancing efficiency, and I am very passionate about it. I enjoy making sense of large data sets and identifying trends, gaps, and process improvement opportunities hidden in them using SQL queries, Tableau, and Excel dashboards to extract the desired results. I worked on a project for which I created a predictive model which made decisions like which perishable product to be ordered, the quantity in which to order, and when to order, and tracked the KPIs simultaneously.In my current role, I was also able to step up and manage the operations of the entire facility for three months, through the challenging times. I successfully accelerated the product delivery time with increased pick time efficiency by utilizing the ERP software. Through analysis of our sales data, I created a targeted sales strategy that improved our sales performance. I improved our route selection process by using Google Directions API. Thus I have developed a great interest in gathering data, analyzing it to derive practical solutions, and improving productivity.I believe the only way to make our civilization happier sustainably is to increase productivity. It is my aim to do just that, through persistent hard work and dedication.
