Manage the delivery of Physical Security System especially real time video surveillance system, Access Control system, enabling advance video analytics, , alarm panels, Airport Graphical View, real time safety and security breach notification monitoring such as police, customs, baggage, and airport operations, Airport Retail Company within airport area can all monitor the video feeds centrally or separate PC workstations. Ensuring significant service for central monitoring of 12000 cameras and 4200 Access Control doors for various Airport Security Operation Center (ASOC), Airport Security Command Control Center (SCCC).Work on RFP and RFI opportunities for IP Surveillance and access control system projects.Prepare optimized solutions, BoQ by identifying technically superior and commercially suitable OEMs(s) for IP Cameras, NVR, VMS, Command Centre components and access control system.The responsibility would include carrying out survey, discussion with OEMs for finalization of technical solution, preparing technical write-up and optimize cost of proposed solution.Prepare detailed plan for Technical training for End users in line with project requirements.Coordinate with internal Stakeholders/Facility Management/Procurement to align vendors for given project(s) and collaborate with other supporting teams.Components Installation & maintenance, vendor management, Roll out services, Material Procurement, Asset management, Monitoring, control & site inspection, certification of various project.Ensure seamless integration of proposed solution components and 100% technical compliance for proposed solution.Project closer document validation with high level system line diagram, pre-define project templates, inventory Management, Maintain the track record for the system handover and project completion signoff.Ensures processes and standard operating procedures (SOP) are documented, reviewed and updated on regular basis.

To do Pre site survey as per customer requirements with Nos. of the Installation of CCTV/FDA/Access/PA/AV/Data & Voice Networking Component finalization.First Cut Review & taking note of Designs inputs, Note of Critical Activities, Challenges,Dependencies, and Escalations. Submission of commercial proposal with preparation of the design Basis/Business requirements/assumptions/BOM & Presentations. Submission of Commercial offer based on BOM & Design of Rack Elevation diagram & Auto cad node marking. Customer front ending for order negotiations with customer satisfaction and preferable margin calculation for the Commercial part. Material Procurements process handled with preparation of CSO (Customer sales Order) and coordinate with main supplier. Managed Installation activity with help of site coordinator to implement suggested design and solutions. Project Completion report submission and billing amount approval with tracking of the commercial transaction of Company.

Presales Activity: To do Pre site survey & Demo as per customer requirements with Nos. of the Installation of CCTV Component finalization. First Cut Review & taking note of Designs inputs, Note of Critical Activities, Challenges, Dependencies, and Escalations. Finalization supply/labour of BOM for Implementation & Configuration Work.Submission of Commercial offer based on BOM & Design of Rack Elevation diagram & Auto cad node marking.
