1) Master Data Creation- Creation of the Material Master Data as well as Vendor Master Data. & Configured material type, number ranges (External numbering) for material master, PR, PO and Changed the field status of the material master records as per the user requirement. 2) Knowledge of procure to pay process- Purchase requisition, RFQ, Maintain quotations, purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Invoice verification document creation & Configuration of various document Types, request for quotation, purchase order, number range for purchase requisition. 3) Special procurement- knowledge about Subcontracting, Consignment, pipeline & framework P.O. 4) Outline Agreement- Contract & Scheduling agreement, Maintain schedule lines. 5) External service procurement – Create service master & conditions, Create service PO, maintain and Accept service entry sheet and verify the invoice. 6) Release strategy- configured & define release strategy as per plant & purchase organization.
