I am an IT Specialist with a focus on cloud infrastructure, M365 administration, and cybersecurity, experienced in managing large-scale migrations and implementing robust security solutions. My career has been built on driving secure and seamless transitions in cloud environments while ensuring minimal disruption to end-users.Currently, at UxC LLC, I lead the migration of users from M365 Business Standard to Business Premium, implementing advanced solutions like Entra ID, Purview, Intune, and Microsoft Defender. My role involves not only handling the technical aspects of cloud infrastructure but also guiding the IT team through these transitions, ensuring they fully understand the capabilities of M365 Business Premium. This has allowed me to improve organizational security while maintaining a focus on end-user experience, especially in a remote work environment.Prior to this, I worked as a Cybersecurity Intern at SpiffySites LLC, where I conducted web application security testing on production websites hosted on an Azure-based Windows Server. I worked closely with the development team to ensure that secure coding practices were followed. Additionally, I gained practical experience in designing WordPress sites for local organizations with a focus on security. During this period, I also obtained the CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst+ and M365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate certifications, solidifying my expertise in M365 and cybersecurity.Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in cloud security, M365 administration, and enterprise-wide IT migrations. I am proficient with Microsoft technologies, particularly in utilizing M365 and Azure to build secure, scalable, and efficient IT infrastructures. My hands-on experience with Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender enables me to implement policies that protect company data without disrupting day-to-day operations.As I move forward, I am eager to take on roles that challenge my expertise in M365 migration, cloud security, and enterprise IT.
