Gained hands-on experience as a project intern under Professor Ritesh S. Malani, focusing on the TVA process for DAP (Diammonium Phosphate) production.  Collaborated with senior interns to simulate the entire production process using ASPEN-PLUS, based on a capacity of 1 million metric tonnes per year.

Intertek is a multinational product testing, inspection and certification company. As a internship trainee I'm associated with their food business line which is responsible for providing quality assurance and regulatory expertise to their clients for labelling requirements and new product development.
