As a driven individual with a diverse set of experiences in leadership, research, and academics, I have honed my skills both in the classroom and beyond, excelling in financial management, project leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration.During my time as Finance Head for various organizations at Manipal University Jaipur (IAESTE LC MUJ, TEDx MUJ, Onerios-The Cultural Fest, and Startup Weekend Jaipur), I developed a strong financial acumen, successfully managing large-scale events. I was also privileged to represent my university at the IAESTE National Conference, a pivotal moment in my journey of national engagement.Progressing further, I was appointed Head of Outgoing for IAESTE India and had the honor of representing INDIA🇮🇳 on the global stage at the IAESTE Annual General Conference in COLOMBIA 🇨🇴 . This experience, engaging with delegates from over 100 countries, significantly enhanced my global perspective, cultural adaptability, and leadership abilities.In parallel with my leadership roles, I have been deeply involved in cutting-edge research. I recently completed the prestigious MITACS Globalink Research Internship 2024 program in TORONTO, CANADA🇨🇦, where I contributed to research on "Lightweight Structural Materials for Automotive and Aerospace Applications." Prior to this, I worked in the EnBioMatric and BIONAC Lab at Manipal University Jaipur, focusing on bone scaffolds, which further solidified my passion for innovation and problem-solving.My journey so far has exposed me to a variety of work cultures, from fast-paced event management to the meticulous nature of scientific research, and the collaborative spirit of international conferences.
