Lead the design, architecture and implementation of Business Process Management solutions for complex business problems.

• Responsible for designing, developing and deploying software systems for Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) program focused on re-engineering Dell’s supply chain• Successfully implemented third-party software - JDA’s Demand Manager application, providing industry-standard sales forecasting capability to Dell demand planning teams• Work with cross-functional global teams to meet data and governance requirements for the S&OP projects• Design and lead build-deploy processes for a global team of over 25 developers, testers and consultants resulting in a streamlined deployment process per Dell SDLC policies• Technical Design Specification documentation for software sub-systems• Design/develop automated batch scheduling processes, interfaces for upstream/downstream systems, code performance improvement tweaks and legacy code replacements• Experienced in custom-software development and third-party software implementation• Experienced in Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies
