>>With the last 12 years of being in public institutions, I have a total of 16 years professional experience in following areas, Architectural Application Project & Static (Reinforced Concrete-Steel) Application Project & Project Supervision and Organization&Quantity-Cost Calculations & Construction Reinforced Concrete Inspection and Organization InfrastructureARCHITECTURAL PROJECT AND STATIC PROJECT HISTORY (2008-2024)- I took part in the teams of architectural and static project drawing and calculation-measurement, cost finding for various multi-storey civil buildings (residence-apartment, student dormitory, commercial buildings), villa structures, detached buildings, prefabricated structures, landscape and park areas, industrial structures, steel construction structures, steel roof projects EXPERIENCES IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF EDUCATIONAL BUILDINGS- I did project coordination of the Research Laboratory building with a closed area of 3500 m2 and also took part in the control and inspection team in the building construction work (2013-2014). - I took part in the control and inspection team in the Construction of the Faculty of Education Building with a closed area of 22000 m2 (2013-2015). - I took part in the control and supervision team in the construction of the Faculty of Theology Project Coordination and Building with a closed area of 20800 m2 (2014-2015). - I was in the control team for the Project Coordination and Construction of the Library Building with an indoor area of 11450 m2EXPERIENCES IN THE BUILDING AND PROJECTING OF SPORTS FACILITIES- Synthetic astroturf & 2 tennis courts and basketball fields (Total of 2950 m2 indoor area). I was in charge of steel application project drawing, project control, calculation-cost, supervision and coordination in creating the tender dossier (2021-2022). - I worked in the control and inspection team of the indoor sports hall building (3750 people capacity) (2016-2018).EXPERIENCES IN INFRASTRUCTURE (2015-2019)- I took part in the control and inspection team of the 13 km long university campus asphalt road construction business.- I worked with a control and inspection team in the construction of the University Campus wastewater collection lines.- I took part in the control and inspection team in the construction of the University On-Campus rainwater collection lines.- I also supervised and coordinated the project design, project control, quantity-cost, tender file creation of the entire Infrastructure Work of Bayburt University, which has an area of 998000 m2.Contact: vberoje@gmail.com
