Instructional Designer with a talent in technology, a love of learning, and a desire to help others succeed. With a background in Instructional Coaching, I am well versed in analyzing data and developing innovative learning solutions that build individual as well as collective capacity in skills and knowledge base. I thrive on conducting a thorough needs analysis, designing and developing engaging courses, modules, and microlearning, as well as evaluating the impact of training to enhance continuous growth. As a creative thinker, systematic problem solver, and lifetime learner, I was drawn to the education profession early on. Throughout mentorships in high school, practicums in college, and fourteen years as an educator, I have been able to refine best practices and pedagogy, effective ways to build rapport and collaborate, and have become exceptionally adaptable. My passions have more recently led me to become a leader in professional development for technology and Adult Learning Theory. In this role, I have discovered a talent in familiarizing myself with diverse learners and detecting needs based on data. This has been a great benefit when developing meaningful, engaging, and effective solutions that enhance performance and create lasting results. I am adept at using Articulate Rise 360, Storyline 360, Canva, Animoto, time management skills, and collaboration to design, develop, and deliver productive solutions.
