As a technologist turned mental health advocate, I am on a mission to empower mental health professionals in India with the digital tools they deserve. While pursuing my BSc in Psychology with Counseling from The Open University, I founded Zensible—a platform dedicated to creating a digitally enabled community of mental health practitioners. Zensible bridges the gap between technology and mental health care, enabling therapists to improve productivity and deliver impactful outcomes for their clients.Before Zensible, I honed my expertise as Head of Wellbeing Partnerships at Heart It Out, where I combined my 15+ years of experience in software development and people leadership to cultivate safe, empathetic spaces for individuals and organizations to thrive. This hands-on experience deepened my understanding of the mental health ecosystem and its unique challenges.Prior to Heart It Out, I spent over a decade at Kerv Digital (formerly cloudThing), initially driving the company’s expansion from six to over 350 employees worldwide. As the first employee at cloudThing India, I was the driving force to fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture. As Chief People Officer, I spearheaded innovative people strategies that aligned with the organization’s growth and business goals, positioning the company as a leader in employee wellbeing.My journey reflects a passion for both innovation and advocacy. Through Zensible, I aim to make mental health support more accessible, by leveraging my expertise within the tech sector. Whether in technology, leadership, or mental health, I am committed to creating meaningful change, blending technical expertise with human-centered care. Together, we can redefine how mental health is supported, understood, and delivered.
