As the Operations Head for Artistic Humans, I spearheaded the execution of a prestigious State-wide Government initiative titled "Amrit Mahotsav 75x75x75." This ambitious project aimed to commemorate the 75th year of Indian Independence by celebrating the vibrant cultural heritage of Maharashtra. My responsibilities included orchestrating the participation of 75 colleges spanning 36 districts, overseeing the coordination and planning of rehearsals and events, as well as managing a team of 20 interns. Additionally, I conceptualized and implemented an efficient onboarding campaign to ensure the seamless integration of the interns into our project framework. Through meticulous planning and execution, our team successfully brought together diverse artistic talents to contribute to the grand commemoration of India's rich cultural legacy.
