• Responsibilities in all phases of project; from project scoping, trough planning, managing and execution to closure of project; managing all project activities from TG1 to TG5• Establishment effective project management, governance and reporting structures• Maintain regular and effective communications with the customer and account team and ensure prompt and effective resolution of scope, relationship or project issues• Identify issues and risks to the completion of the project and make recommendations for resolution, acting on the recommendation where appropriate• Take day to day responsibility for the supervision of the project team• Maintain close involvement in the design and implementation of the solution facilitating discussion and resolution of relevant solution parameters and issues• Take ownership of all key project deliverables and ensure customer acceptance• Take ownership for project completion and sign-off, and appropriate wrap-up and post project knowledge sharing• Ensuring that all the activities in the project management process needed for a high quality project performance and a successful project execution are performed• Subcontractor/3PP management• WBS structure creation, establishing project in SAP, monitoring of cash flow and invoicing• Identify potential sales opportunities emerging from the execution of the contract• Ensuring that the project goals are met, customer expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relationship is effectively managed• Follow the approved Ericsson Project -Management Model - PROPS C

• Leading Ericsson technical team in presales and delivery with frequent meetings with customer where scope and changes in project were negotiated• Overall understanding 2G and 3G HSPA network elements (MSS, RBS, BSC/RNC...) and functionalities.• Thorough understanding of transport networks and transport nodes (MINI-LINK, OMS…)• Microwave network planning in presales and delivery, Coordinating transport network deployment• Part of Project Management responsibilities, Active/Leading role at Technical and other meetings
