In this position, I fulfil the roles and responsibilities of an IT Transformation and Development Manager. Using abilities as a natural problem solver, I continually strategize and then take decisive measures to implement. For these initiatives I justify, obtain and control the allocated budget.Building a team from scratch, recruiting and incentivising carefully selected experts, we have developed and maintain in-house tools as well as supply and support of cutting-edge transformation measures across the Group. In addition., I liaise with, support and host Group companies, locally and across Central and Eastern Europe, facilitating seamless integration, co-operation and new technical training where needed.
