Provide UNEP - MED POL with the Assessment of current practices for management of urban storm water in the Mediterranean in the framework of preparation of the new "Regional Plan on Urban Storm Water Management". Main achievements include:- identify state of play of urban storm water management in the Mediterranean- evaluate current and possible level of implementation of potential measures of the future Regional Plan- recommend additional measures required to minimize pollution from urban storm water networks and promote environmentally friendly practices

Provide UNEP/GPA with the Global Report on the Status of Land-Based Sources (LBS) Pollution Control Implementation. The aim of this report is to examine the status of LBS pollution control implementation at global level, linking it to regional and national dimensions. The report identify gaps and challenges and propose a way forward to address them while using the source-to-sea approach. It also highlights the linkages and role of the GPML, GPNM and GW and identify opportunities for their engagement in pollution control implementation.

Assisted IEG-WBG in the evaluation mission "Towards a Clean World for All: An Evaluation of the World Bank Group's Support for Pollution Management" – Country Case Study in Croatia.Main achievements include:- evaluation of technical viability and environmental sustainability of WBG-funded pollution abatement projects- environmental assessment of cumulative pollution abatement efforts on water quality, both in marine and inland water bodies

Provided UNEP - PAP/RAC with the Impact assessment of sea-level rise coupled with wave agitation for coastal area in City of Vodice – Annex of "Coastal Plan of the Sibenik-Knin county" (Croatia) – project "Integration of Climatic Variability and Change into National Strategies to implement the ICZM Protocol in the Mediterranean" (CLIMVAR). Main achievements include:- coastal zone vulnerability analysis- climate impacts and risks assessment

Performed research in the field of modelling coastal waters hydrodynamics with focus on long-term wave extremes, within EU funded FP7 project “EXTREME SEAS”.Published 4 scientific papers and presented at 3 conferences.

Performed research in the field of coastal hydrodynamics modelling coupled with water quality modelling, with focus set on land based sources of pollution (e.g. wastewater, nutrients). Published 4 scientific papers and presented at 2 conferences. Provided teaching at university for courses: water resources structures, coastal engineering. As an consultant conducted 30+ environmental impact assessments and 20+ coastal hydrodinamics modellings, while some notable projects are listed below:• 2008; Co-author of Program for monitoring seawater quality within the zones of wastewater system outlets (Croatia), obtained within the project “Coastal Cities Pollution Control“. Client: Croatian Agency for Water Resources Management, with World Bank – IBRD funds.
