I delivered innovative and contemporary solutions by working closely with three Senior Executives to address HR concerns within their divisions. Using data analytics, research and stakeholder management skills, over a 3-month period I successfully reduced the Agency’s employee debt by 51% and, developed and implemented an Agency wide Employee Debt Policy.

I played an integral part in launching the NDIA’s HR Business Partnering Branch. I was able to lead my team through the establishment of a HR service offer to the Deputy CEO and CIO – totaling 250 staff. By leveraging my leadership and consultancy abilities, over a 6-month period I improved the HR data integrity by 90%, improved performance management.

I led a multidisciplinary team of 20 overseeing HR, Finance and Property services in the NSW South and ACT region – totalling 170 staff. Over the five-month period, through my leadership and business planning I successfully reduced the unscheduled absence rate from 92.51 days in March to 43.83 in July that generated a greater outcome for NDIA participants..

I led a multidisciplinary team that included property, security, IT and project management professionals. A limited supply of assets (technology & vehicle) negatively impacted the productivity of the NSW South and ACT region. During the seven-month period, through strategic planning and stakeholder engagement I successfully increased the asset portfolio.

I managed several projects that supported the NSW South and ACT region to reach operational maturity. In three months I successfully delivered on and exceeded my KPI by relocating the regional office hub from Canberra to Wollongong. By coordinating with the NDIA property team, the construction contractor and various suppliers, I relocated 100 employees.

During my time with Navitas English, I oversaw the case management of 1200 refugee families as part of the Humanitarian Settlement Services contract. By leveraging my stakeholder engagement skills I was able to exceed my KPIs by negotiating an agreement between Disability Trust (DT), NSW Health and Navitas English to provide refugee clients with access to.
