In my current role, I am responsible for establishing the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system standards. Over the years, I have gained experience of leading projects with end-to-end responsibility of these including Resources, Cost, Quality & Timelines. As a part of my role, I am also undertaking Data center network fault investigations in local & wide area environments, using information from multiple sources. I also shoulder the responsibility for reporting Datacenter operational status by gathering & prioritizing information & managing projects. My role entails liaising with project management teams, third-line engineers & service desk engineers on a regular basis. I also provide solution & implementation of disaster recovery & back-up procedures & information security & control structures.

Here, I led direct teams and delivered IT infrastructure networking projects within committed SLAs including cost, quality and timelines. During the tenure, I designed the IT Network Infrastructure for a Government Hospital, having configured 20 L2 Cisco switches, 5 Cisco high end core L3 switches, 1 cisco enterprise router and 2 Cisco ASA firewalls. I also drove the project that involved design of the IT Infrastructure for Shopprix Mall and two Hotels namely Country Inn & Suites by Carlson and Hyphen Premier by Supertech. As a part of these projects, I executed all equipment configurations and ensured it catered to technological needs of the customer. I also directed the implementation of CCTV DVR system for hospital monitoring for security purposes. The role entailed implementation of data center for hospital which holds biometric access. I also coordinated with multiple vendors and civil contractors and ISP for commissioning of all hardware and for leased line deployments on SLA.

During these early years of my career, I was handpicked to lead several National E-Governance projects, while being assigned to cater to UP State Government technological development & evolution. As a part of my role, I drove projects with an objective of boosting IT/Network infrastructure in the State. My responsibility involved continuous Internet connectivity to NIC, Block, and Tehsil across the state.
