With over two decades of expertise in the banking, technology, and data center sectors, I specialise in developing scalable security frameworks that protect critical infrastructure and ensure operational resilience.My career began at Lehman Brothers in 2000, where I advanced from a security officer to becoming one of the youngest Directors in Security for a major financial institution by 2010. This experience laid the foundation for my leadership in security, risk management, and compliance. After Lehman, I joined Nomura International Bank PLC, where I managed operations for their European Technology Systems and enhanced compliance and audit practices.At Global Switch and Equinix, the world’s largest data center providers, I was entrusted with global leadership roles, overseeing all aspects of security, including operations management, information security, compliance, and risk management. A highlight of my career was leading the creation of a Physical Security Centre of Excellence for Equinix, transforming security operations across 19 countries and more than 100 facilities.Through Altura Security Consultancy, I continue to provide innovative security strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing risks, and enabling organizations to scale securely. My approach is proactive and pragmatic, addressing vulnerabilities before they become threats while designing disaster recovery and continuity plans that safeguard critical assets.While my work in security is my primary focus, I also apply my leadership skills to the music and entertainment industries as Director of Business Operations and Ventures for world-renowned producer Steel Banglez and Executive Director of Gifted Music Record Label.
