Veejay Archary is the Founder and Chief executive of Mr.Black. Mr.Black offers consultancy and training in complex problem-solving. Its methodology combines futures foresight, systems thinking, human-centred design and cognitive behavioural theory. Veejay spent 18 years building BlackAfrica - a design firm focused on helping the private and public sectors solve and strengthen their human-centered design, customer experience, and innovation capabilities and practices.

Conceptualized and created an NFT project based on the nudibranch - a type of sea slug. Building and enabling powerful communities around the world to own a unique digital collectible on the Ethereum blockchain.
