The core was constructed in an architecturally sensitive structural steel frame housing scenic passenger lifts. End use is 42 luxury apartments, 2 levels of Art gallery space and 2 levels of car park. The double height arcade at ground floor was the first constructed in Mayfair since the 1930’s.Value - £65m. 42-43 Pall Mall - The works comprise of the retention of the front elevation of 1 of the buildings and complete demolition of the remaining structure, with a new reinforced concrete frame to create basement to sixth floors to provide 4 No luxury apartments and commercial space. We are also to construct a new floating façade as part of the new buildValue - £6.7m

St. George's Court - A 1920’s 8 storey steel structured building. Works include reconfiguration and refurbishment of the existing building to create new office space and associated facilities with construction of a new ninth floor and tenth floor and a new facade up to second floor level.Package Manager for RC works and Steel Works.Value - £28m

Queensland Road Development - Construction of a new access road for Arsenal Football Club, new energy centre, 367 flats, retail space and sports hall.Value - £64m

Parkfield Street - Construction of a 95 bedroom Premier Inn Hotel. The building is constructed in RC frame from basement to first floor slab and then Metsec (light weight steel) to the roof (6th floor).Value - £6.5m

Uxbridge College (Phase 2) – Constructing 2 Multi-use games areas, an internal mall within the college and Motor Vehicle Workshop. This was all achieved while the college remained live.Value - £2m

Tendering and pre-construction work at Kier’s head office. Worked on a tender, which was eventually won.Value - £10m

Westminster Kingsway College (Phase 2) - Demolition of a 4 storey building and construction of an access road, courtyard area and car parking for the students of the college.Value - £2m

EDF’s Kings Yard Primary Substation, Olympic Park - This RC framed building housed 3no. 90tonne transformers providing power to the entire Olympic Park. This project was short listed for the ICE London Civil Engineering Awards 2010 and won 2 national brickwork awards. My role on the project was as Site Engineer looking at quality assurance procedures, setting out and co-ordination of different trades on site. Value - £6m
