- Provide one on one direct clinical instruction and behaviour reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis to clients with Autism and related developmental disabilities - Collect and record data on programs and client behaviour, and assisted the Clinical Supervisor with clinical assessments as needed- Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress

- Responsible for coordinating on the sales floor with other associates, supporting management, maintaining store presentation, boosting sales and ensuring sales quotas are reached - Effectively communicating with customers in person and on the phone using product knowledge and customer relation experience- Multi-tasking in the fitting room with greeting customers, maintaining clean rooms, processing clothes and providing support to customers - Responsible for training new associates of the necessary roles and responsibilities in the fitting room, salesfloor, and cash register- Address customers' concerns or complaints- Assisting customers with all needs- Replenish product onto the salesfloor
