With a rich and accomplished career spanning over 25 years, I have thrived in diverse roles within human resources, administration, and visas. My journey commenced at Voltas Limited, where I dedicated 23 years, progressing from a Sales Coordinator to a Management Representative. Notably, I played a pivotal role in the establishment of Voltas Beko, a successful joint venture with Beko (Arçelik A.Ş.). Concurrently, for nearly two decades, I managed the deployment of expatriates to strategic locations, including Armenia, South Africa, Mozambique, and Zambia.In my recent tenure at Garuda Aerospace, I assumed the position of Tendering Manager, contributing significantly to the company's strategic expansion in the drones/aerospace market. My strengths lie in strategic planning, talent development, and orchestrating global mobility initiatives.
