This department deals with credit card holders who have been delinquent in their minimum monthly payments.Responsibilities:Follow up allocated portfolio, Answer inbound and outbound queries and enquiries of the most important Customers within section of my account, in accordance with credit control timetable. Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer account and processing settlements. Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone or personal visits in order to solicit payments. Updating personal information and employment details of the called card holders, blocking cards of uncontactable customers / customers who refuse to make payments.
