Responsible for upgrading and implementing a new S&OP process in the organization. Managing Supply and Demand of 4000 sku's with an annual turnover value of 60 million EUR. Including:- Project lead for implementing new S&OP process, and initiating other multidisciplinary projects, all with a strong coordinative and communicative element to different departments- Realized the introduction of statistical forecasting- Providing all round Supply Chain support- Prepare the organization for product introductions, phase outs, etc. - Operational, tactical and strategical capacity analyses- Generating capacity analyses for required FTE's, skills and machine hours- Providing insight and advice on tactical and strategical capacity issues- In contact with 3PL providers- Develop structure for, prepare and lead S&OP meetings (Demand, Supply, Consensus) involving Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Operations and R&D- Development of forecast related metrics and reports- Continuous improvement of (statistical) forecast quality through extensive data analysis and “what if” simulations, adjustments to forecasting system and improvements in supporting processes- Coaching system users and administratorsThis function enabled me to double the accuracy of the forecast process, making the output much more valuable for strategic planning, financial planning, operational planning, manpower and capacity planning, etc.

Responsible for creating and owning the (mid-)monthly forecast accuracy metrics, for the technical robustness of the process and for the continuous improvement of the forecast quality by means of data analyses and improved utilization of the forecast tool and supporting processes.
