Comprising of Engineering, Design, Fabrication, Assembly and Testing with Client inspection.• Preparation of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Logics in order to achieve the desired output.• Selection of hydraulic components and pneumatics components, Instrumentation Components.• Preparation of hydraulic calculation of Accumulator sizing, Reservoir Sizing, Tube Sizing with provided client process parameters.• Supervision of Production Activities and Expediting the same with Optimized designs• Conducting Design Review meetings, Production Meetings, Post order Meetings• Handling critical situations like short term delivery of equipment’s and multi-tasking at the same time.• Solutions for testing and commissioning issues, like pressure drop, time delays, etc..• Good understanding of new product lines, and evolving the knowledge in the known products.• Co-ordinate with E&I team to get the deliverables done, Such as LCP Wiring diagrams, JB Termination, BOM, Load List, Data sheets of instruments and catalogue cut sheets etc. • Worked in Designing tool AutoCAD, to prepare Project drawings and E&I Drawings as well.• Basic knowledge in Testing of WHCP Panel and trouble shooting and handling the client Inspection, closing of punch points to deliver the panel.

• As part of project, to review client specifications, and approve design drawing (switch yard, termination, cable ladder routing, lighting and hook-up drawing) and standard to construction.• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at the site.• Estimates prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc.,• Ensures that all the works are done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national, or international standards.• Coordinates with Vendor commissioning & team commissioning to archive the result.

At Proserv I worked as part of the E&I department, predominantly in the design of Local Control Panel (LCP) which provides the power to WHCP, CIS and HPU (subsea) and Instrument Engineering activities. My work duties were:• As part of each project, I review client specifications and from this create technical documents such as Instrument datasheet, Equipment datasheet, control philosophy, FAT/SAT procedures, design electrical schematics and general arrangement drawings using AutoCAD Electrical and compile bill of materials.• Ensure a hardware solution for a product or project is designed and built to conform to the latest agreed Customer/relevant specifications and standards.• Ensure the timely delivery of the agreed scope of supply (documentation, hardware, testing and services).• Utilise knowledge and experience to identify deviations from the desired scope of supply and address such issues in a timely manner, as far as is practicable.• Provide knowledgeable advice and guidance to the client to ensure the highest quality, performance and safety of a supplied solution.• Ensure a system is well documented to allow future maintenance and modification (as required) and compliance with company QA/QC requirements.• Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management.

Predominantly in the design of LV and MV switchyard which provides the power to water treatment plant and Instrument engineering activities. I was worked in Tech offshore marine Singapore from April -15 to Sep-17. My work duties were:• Generator (2150KVA, 600V) 5 unit, 600V Switchyard, Distribution panel, Emergency panel and VFD Panel and machine with around 8000 tag cable erection and termination & commissioning on E371 & E372 project.• Control and Monitoring system of Fire alarm, PAGA, ESD, CCTV, Watertight doors Monitoring, Entertainment and telephone system, Radio communication system erection and co-ordinate for commissioning.• Developed one-line, three-line, protection and control schematics for the project.• Perform load flow, short circuit analysis, and motor performance analysis using etap12.6.0.• Generate 2D panel GA drawing for LV and MV system.• Data sheet preparation for LV and MV motor, power cable and battery.• Erection and commissioning of transformer, LV, MV switchyard, motor• Estimate the cost and determine how many days will be left for the project.• Communicate with the client to resolve design related construction issues.• Coordinate with management and construction team to derive site requirements.• Complete project within the schedule to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

I was worked in Cooper-Standard India from June -14 to March-15. During this period I was involved troubleshooting of Automation of Pneumatic and hydraulic control system (Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC) & LV Distribution switch-yard. Preparation of system documents for audit.
