...leadership – major, there is still so much to learn but I see myself on the right path: I have the education, I am growing experience by leading the team sometimes successfully and other times through learning. My experience in leadership is beyond my professional experience in tech. Decade long nursing career included leading resources in out-of-office hours shifts in the operating room. Also years of volunteer work in non-professional athletics organisation have contributed to gaining experience working first as a coach and later as chair of the board with employees.I dare say, leadership is an expert role where motivation, skills and continuous learning have a major impact to succession....software development – tough business, aiming to develop sustainably yet efficiently is ever beyond reach but making it interesting. Agile is not agile when all stakeholders can't commit. But it is very cool have an occasional impact on many lives....health data – very important, even more important is making the most of it. I have the privilege to be part of making health data more accessible and usable....knowledge management – love, when I found out this was a thing I had to get on board. Many issues in leadership, management, efficiency and communication are more tangible with tools and skills of knowledge management. I wish to pursue this love further.
