· Regular accounting such as Invoice posting, Bank payments and receipts posting· Maintaining general accounting, month-end closures & reconciliations, ensuring accuracy & timeliness· Preparation of TDS Quarterly workings & GST monthly workings· Reconciliations of bank and loan statements· Reconciliation of vendor and customer balances· Preparing Cheques And Online Payments· Cash Management, Ensuring that Cash flows are adequate to allow business operations effectively· Co-originating with other departments and business units on a range of issues· Coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary· Analyse and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation and analysis· Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
