I am an action and result-oriented leader with over 34 years’ operational leadership experience & excellent performance in SAIL. I have experience in leading Ferro alloys, Steel & Mining operations in India and Africa across divisions of SAIL and its joint ventures and elevated to the post of General Manager (Mines). My areas of responsibility includes, target achievements as per ABP, strategic planning, equipment planning, financial management, budget management, fund management, process improvement and compliance, statutory reporting, township, education & medical amenities, implementation of CSR schemes. I have superannuated from ICVL, Mozambique as COO/ Head of Mining Operations on 30th June'2022.Worked with M/s Aurobindo Realty and Infrastructure Private limited as Assistant Vice President & Project Head w.e.f 1st August' 2022 to 24th Nov 23 and then elevated to the post of Vice President & Head-Western India Cluster.
