- Interacting with Client for new Process set up and gave presentation for that customer requirement if client agreed then pulling that report to Training team to update the SOP's.- Whenever TL (Team Lead) on leave at that time take care the team and assigning work.- Managed external escalations from the client and connect with operation team and gave feedback as per the update. If Ops committed error gave necessary action plan to them and encourage them to not commit any error in future.- Maintain all the Feedback process from the client’s and send a Quality report to the RCA call.- SPOC in the Team & Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the process, Error Tracker, Reversal & Corrections Analysis.- Handling Vendor queries and Business emails on timely manner.- Provide accurate financial data to support management in decision making.- Allocating the volumes received for the day and working with the team to meet the TAT.- Developing new ideas for business transformation and re-engineering current processes to meet changing demands of the business.- Validating NON-PO invoices and takes approval from AM to process them.- Collecting the entire document and match with internal tools if the document match with the entire requirement then good to process the payment.- We calculate the detention amount and add that amount to the portal.- If the document not meets the criteria then we need to check the any exceptions for that customer.- If the document not meets the criteria then we need to escalate that ticket to AM.- Every weekend (Friday) we request Detention charges amount in Zendesk tool for few customers.- Once we get approvals from the clients we will add the amount in the portal and take approvals print ticket and uploaded to the portal.- Audit performed on Payment Proposal list in detail to avoid wrong payments/any modifications required on weekly basis.- Denied tickets have to send AM team.
