 Worked in Talent Acquisition “Convergys India” responsible for handling PAN India Recruitments. Major responsibilities included– Handling a team of 12 Recruitment Executives for PAN India Convergys Recruitments. Recruiting & training fresh talent for recruitments as and when required. Motivate team members from time to time and drive performance through them in order to meet the Recruitment targets (both individual & organizational). Evaluating & reviewing team member’s performance in each quarter. Coordinating with the Convergys Recruitment Teams at Pune, Bangalore & Thane (Apart from Gurgaon). Managing complete recruitment cycle for sourcing best talent from diverse sources within given time frame. Screening suitable resumes through job portals for various levels. Screening of suitable candidates, taking F2F interviews, conducting online assessments & making job offers. Coordination and follow-up with the candidates till joining. Maintaining the MIS data on MS-Excel on daily basis. Worked as SPOC for various technical processes for clients like Microsoft for candidates across PAN India.
