 Applying the customer payments for clearing invoices Working for the Client email queries and extremal team members  Applying an unapplied cash to customer account  Follow-up with the collectors for the unapplied payments and unidentified payments  Applying the ID accounting payments and doing reconciliation for each account  Clearing aging debit and credit invoices based on the credit manager and collector approval Working with the MDM team for updating check payments details (MICR and account number) in the SAP get it auto apply  Working with the EDI team for ACH payments getting auto clear by SAP  Analysis an unprocessed check payments and work with MDM get it fixed  Posting an international wire payment and notify to Clients beginning of the day  Preparing daily SOX file (GL reconciliation between Bank and SAP)  Preparing the SLA and BOI and 3X3 data after month close and  Performing on the month closing activities (Run all reports and notify to Clint’s and Managers)  Working on cross company payment postings and deduction transfers based on the Clients and deduction team request  Process the return payments from the bank and notify to credit manager and collectors as well (Posting debit and credit entry)  Performing on the PWC auditing, which is received from the external Auditor's  Monitoring on team performance on daily basis for archiving daily SLA and payments without fail  Performing the QC on daily basis for internal team member Efficiently handling queries from client through request tracker and maintaining the issue log against the errors by the team.  Successfully trained & mentored new hires across the team and working on their day-to-day issues and enhancing their process knowledge  Macro Applications – If we have more invoices, we will run the macro through SAP, this will automatically create the payment advice to clear the payment with any issues.
