Preparation of Salvage Plan for shifting of long wall panel equipment from old panel to new panel and implement the same as per the guideline given by the Manager mine.4. Responsible for coal production in a shift with controlling the shift manpower and Implementing the policy in regard to safety and the environment5. Strata monitoring all along the gate roads and face line for stress distribution while coal being extracting in long wall face.6. Maintenance of all statutory records as per the Director General of Mines Safety to monitor the Long wall panel’s Strata Monitoring, Environment condition, Health Monitoring of Chock shields and inspection of Yield Valves.
