Responsible for Türkiye, UAE, KSA finance divisions

FP&A- Analysis annual, monthly, budget and X+5 financials to maintain deep understand strategies, market position and product profitability - Preparation of a financial summary of P&L, BS and CF results of the companies- Review of strategic plans of companies to help to drive financial growth, robust profitability and warning for overspends- Performing comprehensive competitive analysis and benchmarking analysis, including financial indicators for the listed Group companies- Analyze proposed plans of various assets leading to opening, closure and renewal in terms of possible costs and profitability contributions- Involvement and assessment of valuation and due diligence studies for possible acquisitions or new line businessFINANCING- Review quarterly and yearly economic assumptions will be used in budget and forecast- Preparing Group’s cash/debt position and FX exposure and monitoring group’s hedge performance- Review cash out schedule and interest rate fluctuation of Group CompaniesINVESTOR RELATION- Preparing earning release - Calculation of NAV, NAV discount for Holding and share performance comparison for listed companies- Involvement of preparation IR presentation and ad-hoc reports for road shows

• Analyzing and review stand alone and consolidated financial statements of the companies for compliance with IFRS, US GAAP and CMB (Capital Market Boards) regulations• Reassess the internal control system in accordance with SOX and implementation of the companies and assisting preparing management letter for the determined deficiencies and weakness to the company management • Preparing instructions as primary team for subsidiaries in other countries, tracing time table and deliverables and consolidate them• Preparing of engagement budget, comparison of actual hours with forecasted ones and making necessary revision• Managing of communication with talent hub, planning work flow and follow up delegated works• Counselor experience for one year for four persons • Experience in wide sectors such as industry, energy, healthcare, automotive
