My main responsibilities included approving student work requirements, a critical task to ensure students met the criteria necessary for exam eligibility. Also attended weekly practice lessons to assist students with their assignments and support their learning.

I served as an Assistant Squad Leader and guard soldier during my military service in Norway from August 2020 to August 2021. In this role, I supported the squad leader in daily operations and often assumed full leadership responsibilities, including serving as "vaktkommandant," overseeing security systems, monitoring cameras, and effectively responding to alarms. I also had primary security responsibility for a mountain facility.I completed specialized training in de-escalation, arrest methods, and security protocols, which enhanced my leadership, crisis management, and teamwork abilities. Serving during the COVID-19 pandemic provided valuable experience in adapting to health protocols and maintaining operational effectiveness under challenging and evolving conditions. This role sharpened my ability to lead, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively, traits that translate well into any professional setting.
