Freelance position as the Norway field-producer for season 2 of the documentary series Mars, National Geographic's largest production to date. Responsibilities include research, location management, logistics control and securing access to key locations in Norway.

As a correspondent for Reuters News in Oslo, I reported Norwegian business and politics news in English - focused on political events at the government level, the petroleum industry, Norwegian monetary policy and the quarterly results of internationally significant companies such as Statoil, Seadrill and Norsk Hydro.

Was partly responsible for the news section at Kingston University's award winning newspaper, The River. As well as managing the news section I wrote a number of stories about economy and crime at the University and covered the large student protests in London, 2011.

Researcher for the National Geographic documentary "I was there - Norway Massacre," about the attacks perpetrated by Anders Behring Breivik, 22 July 2011. My responsibilites were to establish and fact-check a definite timeline of the attacks and the Police's response and pre-interviewing and recruiting victims, witnesses and police officers to be interviewed on-camera. As well as being a part of the production crew on location in Norway and the UK. Freelance work for different documentary films, among them "Heroin Crisis," which looked at the exponential increase in heroin production in Afghanistan after the U.S invasion in 2001. And how the price and availability was (and is) creating an epidemic of addiction. My responsibilities as location manager were to manage on-camera participants, provide local information, manage complex logistics, tackle budgetary matters and assist the producers on location.
